曾辉,男,汉族,1987年6月生,河南信阳人,中共预备党员,2013年6月获武汉大学凝聚态物理专业硕士学位,2021年6月获厦门大学凝聚态物理专业博士学位,南方科技大学访问学生。2013.8-2017.6在闽南科技学院工作,获得三次“优秀班主任”和一次“本科课堂教学优秀奖”称号,2021年7月至今在湖南科技学院理学院工作。主要研究方向为:功能金属氧化物与半导体的界面耦合行为及半导体材料电子结构、磁性等调控。目前以第一作者发表SCI文章2篇。
